Retail Deployment Solutions is currently adding technicians to our nationwide vendor list. If you have 2+ years of experience in at least one of the areas below and can meet all of the Retail Deployment Solutions requirements, including verification of references and passing the required criminal background checks you are encouraged to apply to be an installation vendor for Retail Deployment Solutions through Stingray Service Solutions TM. 

Experience Requirements:
• Ethernet Cabling Installation
• Network Installation and Configuration
• Wireless Site Surveys, Configuration, and Installation
• Point of Sale Terminal Installation and Troubleshooting
• Phone System Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting

Retail Deployment Solutions Requirements:
Accepting an assignment is a commitment to arrive as scheduled and perform that service as requested. Technicians who continually cancel or reschedule will be removed from our system and no refunds will be made for any fees paid.

Technicians are required to check in and out with Retail Deployment Solutions when arriving onsite as well as contacting any additional parties detailed on the work order as well as before departing from a service request.

Technicians will not be released from a service request that is not completed without a release name.

The work order and any other required paperwork specified in the statement of work must be submitted by the end of the business day to the specified fax number on the work order.

Pictures are to be labeled as specified in the statement of work. Technicians are required to insert the Service Request # (Or Project Name) and the site # in the email subject line and the pictures are required to be in .JPEG format. They must be labeled in the exact format noted in the statement of work.

Incomplete paperwork or pictures that are not labeled properly will be destroyed. We reserve the right to dispatch an additional resource to recover any missing data or perform any required services and offset these costs against any outstanding invoicing due to the original contracted technician.
